Dr. Annamarie Bollino is a nationally respected leader and fierce advocate for arts education, with more than two decades of experience as an educator, district arts supervisor, and school administrator. She currently serves as the Supervisor of the Arts for Prince William County Schools, a division recognized for the past eight years by the NAMM Foundation as a Best Community for Music Education. In this role, she supports over 400 arts educators while advancing access to high-quality arts programs, strengthening instructional practice, and building sustainable systems that drive excellence for both teachers and students. Dr. Bollino is the Immediate Past Chair of the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) Music Program Leaders Council and Past President of both the Virginia Music Educators Association (VMEA) and the Virginia Association of Music Education Administrators (VAMEA). She currently serves on the NAfME National Executive Board as Southern Division President. A proud graduate of West Virginia University, George Mason University, and Virginia Commonwealth University, she is an active presenter, clinician, author, and adjunct professor. Her honors include the 2025 VAEA Administration & Supervision Art Educator of the Year, 2024 VMEA Outstanding Administrator Award, and the University of Miami (FL) Frost School of Music “Super Teacher” Award. Through visionary leadership, data-informed advocacy, and an unwavering belief in the transformative power of the arts, she continues to drive meaningful change and shape the future of arts education at the local, state, and national levels.
