Reneltta Arluk is an Inuvialuk/Dene/Cree from the Northwest Territories. Raised by her grandparents on the trap-line until school age, this nomadic environment gave Reneltta the skills to become the multi-disciplined artist she is now. She is founder of Akpik Theatre, a northern focussed professional Indigenous Theatre company. For nearly two decades, Reneltta has taken part in or initiated the creation of Indigenous-led Theatre across Canada and overseas. Current Director experience includes: Pawâkan Macbeth (Akpik Theatre), The Breathing Hole (National Arts Centre), Bound & Messiah/Complex (Against the Grain Theatre), The Birds (Studio Theatre), All That Binds Us (Azimuth Theatre), The Breathing Hole (The Stratford Festival) where she received the 2017 Tyrone Guthrie - Derek F. Mitchell Artistic Director's Award, The Unplugging (Gwaandak Theatre.) Radio plays: The Unplugging (Common Boots Theatre), Niitahtaastsi (Jupiter Theatre) I Count Myself Among Them (Akpik Theatre), Ndoo Tr’eedyaa Gogwaandak - Forward Together (Gwaandak Theatre.) Co-Director experience: Kuekuatsheu Mak Muak (Anorae Productions) and Aklavik Journals (Stuck in a Snowbank Theatre). Reneltta has extensive directing experience working within Indigenous communities across Canada in self-created work.

 Jim Clemens is a composer, accompanist, music director, and visual artist local to Harrisonburg, Virginia. Jim works with JMU School of Theatre and Dance regularly as an accompanist for dance and musical theatre classes and collaborates on community projects. Jim most recently acted as Music Director and Accompanist for Eastern Mennonite University's musical adaptation of The Winter's Tale by William Shakespeare and JMU's spring production of PIPPIN. Jim will act as Music Director for JMU's upcoming 2026/2027 musical productions of Footloose and Anastasia.

 Or Matias is an Obie award-winning composer, lyricist, music director, and content developer. Since graduating from Juilliard, Or has led projects and collaborated with some of the most dominant leaders of the entertainment industry, ranging from multi-platinum artists Josh Groban and Trans Siberian Orchestra to Tony Award winning director Rachel Chavkin, broadway composers Dave Malloy and Anaïs Mitchell, and countless other Broadway writers, directors, musicians and actors. Or's musical, The Wave, was the grand winner at the 2021 German Tony Awards (Deutscher Musical Theater Preis) and was awarded "Best Musical", "Best Composition", and "Best Book". Or has managed large creative teams through Broadway productions and has developed creative content from inception through multi-million dollar productions. He has worked on both the creative and operational sides, collaborating with artists and producers alike, from helping navigate budgets to selecting creative content and leading it to production. Or’s original compositions traverse media styles and genres, including pop music albums, musical theater and film, and he has generated substantial content for children, including an original children’s album and an animated 12-part children series in development.

 Jack Sippel is a St. Louis native and now resides in New York City. At the age of 8, he began performing and has never looked back. From regional theaters, to touring companies, to Broadway, to Hollywood film sets, Jack has had wonderful opportunities to work on ground-breaking new projects. In addition to performing, Jack has found a great passion in creative development. Being a part of creative teams such as the Assistant Choreographer for The Prom movie on Netflix or Associate Director/Choreographer for Memphis the musical at North Carolina Theatre has heightened his love and excitement for this industry. Working alongside various programs including the Broadway Dance Center, Open Jar Institute and The Growing Studio, Jack has developed an even bigger love of teaching performers along their journey to Broadway.
