Pre-requisites:

Description: You and your team have just survived a crash-landing in a remote jungle and must build an escape helicopter using spare parts from the wreck. Can your team escape the jungle? This interactive session focuses on teamwork, planning, problem solving and decision making.

In this workshop participants will:

  • Learn about team synergy.
  • Discover the difference between Cohesive, Fragmented and Divergent teams.
  • Learn nine key indicators of team effectiveness.
  • Experience vital group-process skills such as problem solving and decision making.
  • Understand the importance of balancing planning and implementation. 
  • Recognize the effect of individual behavior on group productivity.
  • Develop action planning steps for better team performance.
