Description:

Willpower and discipline are not the secret ingredients to achieving goals. Motivation is the key to getting what's important to you done. The good news is, you can control your motivation.

This workshop is based on a book by Susan Fowler and grounded in the latest scientific research. Prepare to learn which three basic needs must be satisfied to create and sustain optimal motivation, look at motivation as a skill you can learn and enhance, and produce your own personalized goal and motivational techniques to help you achieve that goal.

Participants will:

  • Identify three scientific truths of motivation.
  • Define motivation as a skill.
  • Apply motivation to your own personal experiences.
  • Recognize possible distractions to achieving your goals.
