Increase your feeling of competence in meeting people from other cultures in this workshop which uses activities and information from the book Cross-Cultural Competence.

Participants will work with others to:

• Agree on a definition of culture
• Become aware of culture shock
• Experience cultural similarities
• Create a cultural genogram
• Identify cross-cultural skills and habits
