Description
Duties:
Provide summer caregiver support to our 11 year old son and 8 year old daughter which includes picking up from various summer camps in Harrisonburg, making lunches and snacks, playing with and/or taking our black lab on walks, etc.
Support is needed Mondays - Thursdays and depending on the week and day (and our kids activities/camps) may range from 4-8 hours per day.
Our 11 year old is on the autism spectrum (level 1), is independent with self-care, and loves to chat Pokemon and read books. Our 8 year old loves crafts, zooming around playgrounds, and dancing to music. Both kids love a good POD (plan of the day) so general organization and an appreciation for a schedule will be helpful!
Requirements:
- Reliable transportation
- Background check with Consumer Direct (we will cover the cost)
