Description

Duties:

O'Neill's Grill is looking for a local content creator to capture our food, team, and atmosphere for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. This is paid per project, with flexible scheduling around your classes. We’re looking for someone with talent and enthusiasm who loves people and storytelling.

What you'll do:

• Shoot photos and short-form video on-site, including some evening service or events.
• Edit Reels/TikToks (CapCut or similar is fine).
• Deliver a defined set of content per project, e.g., [5 Reels + 20 photos]

What we're looking for:

• Examples of food, restaurant, or lifestyle content you personally shot and edited.
• Comfort working in a busy restaurant and spotting moments on your own.
• Reliable with deadlines.

Pay: $100-300 per project — depends on the project.

Job Requirements:

• Strong video editing skills in CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar.
• Ability to edit vertical video in 15–60 second formats for Reels and TikTok.
• Basic photo editing (Lightroom, VSCO, or similar) for bright, appetizing food shots.
• A portfolio of photos and videos you personally shot and edited (food, restaurant, or lifestyle preferred).
• Your own smartphone or camera capable of high-quality 4K video.
• Comfort working in a busy restaurant and capturing moments without disrupting service.
• Turnaround of edited content within 5 days of each shoot.
• Willingness to make one round of revisions per project.
• Reliable transportation to the restaurant.
• Agreement that O'Neill's Grill owns usage rights to all delivered content.
