Duties:

Harrisonburg & Bridgewater 24/7 Family Fitness is a developed health club with locations in both Harrisonburg and Bridgewater offering our members 24/7 key fob access and full service health club amenities. We cover all areas of fitness under one roof and have been established in Harrisonburg and Bridgewater for over 15 years.

We are currently seeking to hire an outgoing, motivated front desk staff member who has experience in sales and customer service. The front desk staff is responsible for many aspects of the club including new prospect facility tours, daily cleaning, answering any member questions and concerns, and greeting each member. Applicant must be detail oriented, energetic, and passionate about what they do. We are in business to help members create and maintain a healthy lifestyle and desire to hire applicants with the same mindset. This position is ideal for those wishing to further their career in the health and fitness industry. Job requires multi-tasking skills and a positive attitude.

Closed on Sundays and major holidays including Thanksgiving, Christmas, Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. Starting pay is based on prior fitness and/or sales experience and customer service skills. Commission is earned in addition to hourly rate based on sales performance. Competitive starting wages.
