Dorian is a graduate assistant working for the Challace McMillin Center for Sport Psychology.  He is a graduate student in James Madison University’s Combined-Integrated Doctoral Program in Clinical and School Psychology.  Dorian completed his Ph.D. in Kinesiology from Michigan State University where served as a volunteer assistant coach for MSU's Track and Field team. While earning his Master in Psychology at SUNY Brockport he held the role of assistant coach for the Track and Field team. In his roles, he assisted athletes with various mental skills, including anxiety control, goal setting, focus, stress management, and confidence. Dorian's research interests include the following: peak performance, mental toughness, and student-athlete well-being.
