My name is Naya Hair, and I am a Media Arts and Design Major with and Entrepreneruship minor! I am a Senior! What brought me to this fellowship is, I was a fellow last year and I had such an incredible experience getting to learn with all of the other fellows! I enjoy project work as well as being apart of intiatives that can help to make an impact both on JMU's campus and off! I really enjoyed how the fellowship helped me to grow into my leadership, my ability to be creative and to create, and to collaborate with others.

What inspires my creativity is working with other people. I am my most creative self when I get to branch off of ideas with other people. I also think that being in different environments inspires my creativity as well.

The problem in the world that I would most love to solve is everyone's ability to be able to feel understood and seen. I would love for everyone in the world to always feel like they are being represented in the way that matters to them. 

The challenge that motivates me to keep learning is when I don't understand something it makes me want to understand and learn even more.

I am most curious to explore project management and for more oppurtunities to lead project intiatives. I am excited to gain more leadership skills. Possibly more presentations!?

I went to Scotland this summer and I hiked Arthurs Seat!
