Learn to Live offers customized online programs covering topics such as social anxiety, depression, stress, anxiety, insomnia, and substance use.
The Serenity Center is a welcoming sanctuary where students, faculty, and staff can retreat, relax and recenter. Its calming environment features natural light, greenery, cushions, blankets, artwork, and a small library of books focused on contemplative study.
Physical Well-Being
The Faculty & Staff Fitness Program offers group fitness options exclusively for JMU employees. Classes are taught by experienced instructors and held on campus for convenience.
JMU faculty and staff are given free access to UREC by using their JACard. Spouses and dependents can also enjoy certain benefits at UREC.
