As an Onboard Specialist, Priscilla is responsible for ensuring that employees are hired in compliance with federal, state, and JMU guidelines.  Additionally, Priscilla manages the UConnect yearlong orientation program to engage and retain faculty and staff, which includes Connections Day orientation, Daybreak events, and the production of the Weekly Wire video series. She also designs marketing content and manages the website for the Recruitment and Employment Services team. 

Priscilla joined Human Resources in October of 2021. She enjoys spending time with family, traveling, and creating memorable events and experiences. She also seves on the board of Jones Gardens, a local nonprofit dedicated to improving access to fresh food by nourishing and unifying communities through the creation of vibrant garden oases.
