Student Organizations can reserve general purpose classrooms in the following buildings: EnGeo and King Hall. A member of the organization (or PASS student employee) must pick up a key from the Festival Building Manager in FEST 2010 prior to the meeting. The student will be required to leave his/her JAC card. Immediately following the organization’s meeting, the key must be returned.
University Departments can request general purpose classroom space by filling out the online request form using VirtualEMS.
King Hall Room Information
Most King Hall rooms are available to Student Organizations and Departments. Requests can be made by filling out the online request form using VirtualEMS.
