Office Hours: M-F 7:30AM - 12PM and 1PM - 4:30PM

General duties include coordinating the departmental budget, supervising part time staff and seven student assistants, managing departmental course and room scheduling, processing departmental travel and moving reimbursements, maintaining the departmental equipment inventory, purchasing equipment and office supplies, generating state forms that apply to the department, and monitoring and processing building maintenance work orders.
