JMU offers memorable dining for your event, with options including buffet-style dining halls or customized meals through Special Events and Catering. In summer, two main dining halls are open:

E-Hall (East Campus) & D-Hall (West Campus)
Both offer a wide variety of options—from comfort foods like grilled cheese and ice cream to healthy and vegetarian choices like salads and baked potatoes. Dining location depends on your event's lodging, meeting spaces, and preferences.
Outside food and beverage vendors are not permitted.
We offer a variety of on-campus housing options for Summer Conference guests, providing convenient access to meeting spaces and a taste of residence hall life. Options include air-conditioned single or double rooms with semi-private or community bathrooms. Most halls feature laundry facilities and lounges for meetings or relaxation.
Availability and pricing vary by location and room type. We'll help you find housing that fits your needs and budget—or you may choose to arrange off-campus accommodations.

The following buildings have a variety of spaces with classrooms/meeting spaces ranging from small and intimate to large and perfect for group gatherings.

- Wilson Hall: This icon of campus sits at the top of the Quad and includes classroom space as well as a large auditorium

The spaces below are on the East side of Campus and have a wide variety of spaces ranging from small classrooms to our large arena.
