• Single Occupancy (1 per room): $54.00

Apartments on Grace Street Rates:

• Double Occupancy (2 per room): $48.00
• Single Occupancy (1 per room): $64.00

Notes:

All residence halls have A/C. Room rates do not include linens.

For optional linen service, a per-person charge of $13.50 per stay will include:

• 2 sheets
• 1 pillowcase
• 2 towels
• 1 washcloth
• 1 thin blanket
• Pillows are not included
  • Rent for $2.50 per pillow

Linens are provided folded in each room (beds are not pre-made)

Lost Room Keys:

• Standard: $50.00 EA
• Apartments on Grace: $75.00 EA

Replacement Meal Card:

• $10.00 EA

Notes:

• All lost item charges are the responsibility of the camp/conference
• 24 hours to return key, otherwise considered lost and room will be rekeyed
• Any charges incurred for lockout service between midnight and 7:00 a.m. may be billed back to the conference group

12.3% tax is made up of a 7% local meals tax (subject to change) and 5.3% state sales tax

Note: E-Hall will not open for summer groups of less than 200 people unless multiple groups equal 200 or greater without the fees below:

• 100-199: Additional $1.50 per person, per meal
• 99 and under: Additional $2.00 per person, per meal

• Dining Services reserves the right to adjust meals offered based on campus capacity
• Special Dining hours can only be accommodated with advanced approval.
  • Not posted at Dining halls
• Outside catering is not permitted on campus without written approval from Dining Services.
• Dining Services offers children 5 years old and under meals at no charge.
• No credits available on unused meals on conference cards.
• Conference Services will bill the client for guaranteed meal numbers two (2) weeks before camp/conference, unless actual attendee numbers are greater.
