If you encounter any wi-fi issues while in Memorial, please follow the steps below to report it to IT.
Go to ITSM Portal
Login
Select Request Help
Select Internet and Network
Select Wifi
Select Report an Issue
Fill out the form
The MAC address field is required. To find it (on a Mac computer):
- Click on the Wifi Icon in the upper right corner of your screen
- Click Open Network Preferences
- Click Advanced in the Network window pop-up
- The Wi-Fi Address at the bottom of the screen is the MAC address
On a Windows PC
- Right-click the Wifi icon on the bottom right
- Click Open Network and Internet Settings
- Click View Your Network Properties
- Scroll down to the Wifi section (there is a section for every connection so make sure you are looking at the proper one)
- The MAC address is listed under Physical Address (MAC)
