Sam is pursuing the renewable energy and sustainability concentration in Engineering. He is the president of the JMU Billiards Club. Outside of class, he enjoys playing billards, soccer, and being a DJ.

Why did you become an ambassador?
I became an EA because I wanted to promote the Engineering Department to the JMU community and to individuals of all ages, inspiring the next generation of engineers.

Have you had an internship, study abroad, or research experience?
I conducted research as part of the First Year Research Experience in my freshman year on Simulating Energy Production for the East Campus Hillside Photovoltaic Solar Array System.
