Why did you become an ambassador? To be more involved in the engineering department.

Why did you choose Engineering? Engineering allows you to have a lot of options for future careers. There is more you can do with this degree than just become a practicing engineer.

What do you enjoy most about your program? I love how project-based this program is.

What is your favorite class or project? Sustainable Agriculture.

Who has been an influential professor, mentor, or advisor? My Calc 1 professor was very influential. He taught us how to apply Calc instead of just memorizing formulas.

What clubs, student organizations, or activities are you involved in at JMU? I am involved in club tennis. I am also a Teaching Assistant

What is something you love to do outside of class? I love going to the gym

What is your favorite spot on campus? TDU and Merge Coffee

Describe your JMU experience in three words: fun, welcoming, happy

What advice would you give to a prospective student? I would recommend that they look at a school holistically. You can study engineering anywhere, but you will succeed more in a place where you are actually happy.
