Toby Duveneck is the Senior Plant Director for Danone’s flagship manufacturing facility in Mount Crawford, Virginia—the largest of the company’s 180 global sites. A University of Wisconsin-Madison Chemical Engineering graduate, Toby joined Danone in 2009. Over his tenure, he has held diverse leadership roles, including two Plant Director positions and several engineering and operations management posts.

Toby’s career spans manufacturing operations in seven states, where he developed deep expertise in sectors ranging from dairy and plant-based beverages to yogurt, margarine, tea, soap, and tools. Prior to Danone, he honed his technical foundation at industry leaders like Unilever and ConAgra Foods. Today, he leads a team of over 700 employees at the Virginia site, overseeing production that accounts for over $1 billion in annual sales.
