Want to get involved with MBC? You're in the right place!

We are now accepting applications for Spring 2027 practicum, internship, and KIN 490 experiences, as well as long-term volunteer opportunities for students interested in making a meaningful impact through the MBC.

There are many ways to engage with the Morrison Bruce Center (MBC), including formal fieldwork experiences (practicums and internships), KIN 490 coursework, and one-time and ongoing volunteer opportunities. These experiences provide valuable opportunities to engage with diverse communities, apply classroom learning in real-world settings, build professional networks, and develop leadership, facilitation, communication, and career-ready skills.

We are now accepting applications for Spring 2027 practicum and internship students. Watch the video above, and then apply online. If you would like to learn about non-credit volunteer opportunities with the MBC, please contact Dr. McKay.

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis, and selected applicants will be invited to interview. Applicants should be prepared to discuss MBC programming, their relevant skills and experiences, and how they hope to contribute to the MBC's work. Positions are limited, so we encourage interested students to apply early.
