Girls Have H.E.A.R.T. is a 10-week running program that aims to help 3rd through 5th grade girls develop healthy habits through non-competitive running and wellness lessons. The weekly program includes team-building activities and games, lessons about physical activity and positive self-concept, and engaging running activities.

Goal: To teach the importance of building a healthy lifestyle through fun and interactive movement-based activities that enhance the self-concept and physical fitness of our participants.

Who: Waterman Elementary School students in grades 3-5, registration required.

When: Thursdays afternoons during the Spring semester.
