Healthy Kids is a weekly program that teaches preschool aged children basic nutrition and motor development concepts. The Morrison Bruce Center partners with JMU’s Young Children’s Program, a local preschool located on JMU’s campus, to engage students in fun, age-appropriate, movement-based, weekly physical activity and nutrition lessons. 

Goal: To help children learn about fundamental motor skills and basic nutrition concepts that they can use for a lifetime of health and wellness.  

Who: Children in the 3 and 4-year-old classes at JMU's Young Children's Program.

When: Friday mornings. 

Where: The Young Children's Program on JMU's campus.

Cost: Free!
