Applicants must notify the program of their intent to enroll by accepting the offer through the Graduate School and submitting a $500 deposit within 10 business days of receiving the admission offer. |

*The commitment response holds a seat for you in the incoming cohort. This fee is non-refundable, and the $500 deposit will be put towards your tuition when you matriculate into the OT Program.
