Why CFI? I love CFI’s role in facilitating conversations about helping faculty navigate academic life better. In my new Career Planning Faculty Associate role, I am excited about helping faculty members design and implement plans to craft a more fulfilling academic career. At this later stage in my own career, my personal passion is to foster and facilitate effective and mutually beneficial mentor-coach relationships among faculty members throughout JMU.

• Ph.D. in Business Administration from Florida State University, emphasis in Organizational Behavior and Human Resources Management
• M.S. and Ed.S in Counseling and Human Systems from Florida State University, emphasis in Career Development
• B.A. in Business Economics from Albright College
