NEW:

Older browsers not supported after March 1, 2019

On March 1st, 2019, CyberSource will no longer support the use of certain older browsers when completing transactions using the Secure Acceptance products. This is to ensure the checkout flow remains fast and secure for the vast majority of users.

The following browsers will be the minimum required to use the Secure Acceptance Checkout products. 

• IE 10+
• Edge 13+
• Firefox 42+
• Chrome 48+
• Safari 7.1+
• Opera 37+

Mobile:
• iOS Safari 7.1+
• Android Browser 4.4+
• Chrome Mobile 48+

These account for the vast majority of traffic to Secure Acceptance Checkout. The older versions of these browsers, most of which are no longer supported by their manufacturers, do not support some of the modern technology Secure Acceptance uses to provide a safe and secure Checkout experience. While we will not be actively blocking these browsers, the checkout flow will no longer be guaranteed to work.

 

Meal Plan Requirements for Grace Street Apartments

Students living in the Apartments on Grace Street are required to have a Resident or Commuter meal plan. Apartment residents may e-mail Card Services through July 5, 2020 to change their Resident meal plan to a Commuter meal plan.  We will need your name, student ID number and Commuter meal plan choice emailed to cardsrvc@jmu.edu.
 
The next available meal plan change window will be Sept. 7, 2020 through Sept. 18, 2020 from 9:00am to 3:00pm. You will need to come to the Card Services office(Student Success Center, 2nd Floor) to make the change.  A $10 service charge will be assessed with changing a meal plan.

 

  • Meal Plans may be purchased or billed to tuition online beginning August 11, 2020 at the Card Services Website.
  • MobileID re-activation is $20.00. Due to licensing, only ONE mobile device(iPhone, Android, etc.) can use MobileID at a time.

Important Reminders

AUTO MEAL PLAN RENEWAL:  Beginning Fall 2020, all meal plans will automatically renew for the spring semester and be billed with tuition each December.  Any student who has applied to graduate will be exempt from this process.

  • OFF-Campus Meal plans may be purchased throughout the semester, with charges prorated at the time of purchase.
  • To avoid long lines, please send in commuter applications prior to the beginning of the semester.
  • Please allow 24 hours processing time for fax, phone and mail transactions.
  • Phone lines are extremely busy the first couple weeks of each semester.
