Spring 2020 Meal Plan Refunds due to COVID-19  

 

Resident Students - Those not staying on campus will automatically receive a refund based on the last week your meal plan was used.  Block plans will be refunded based on actual meals used.  No further action on your part is required.

 

Commuter Students - Email cardsrvc@jmu.edu using your @dukes email account if you would like to request a refund for your meal plan.  Please be sure to include your first and last name and student ID number.  The amount of your refund will be determined based on the last week your meal plan was used.  Block plans will be refunded based on actual meals used.  The deadline for these refund requests is April 8, 2020.  

 

  Dining Dollars - Unused Dining Dollars will remain on the students’ accounts and will be available for use into the 2020-2021 academic year.  These funds will need to be spent by the end of the Spring 2021 semester.

The JACard is your official All-in-One identification card for James Madison University.  The JACard is used to access your meal plan and declining balance accounts (Dining Dollars, Dining Dollars Gold, and FLEX).

The JACard also functions as your building access key and bus pass.  The JACard is proof of your affiliation with James Madison University for access to classrooms, computer labs, and University functions.  This site contains information on how and where to use your JACard

Card Services is located on the 2nd floor of the Student Success Center.
