The JMU ArtsMobile is OCP's mobile arts engagement initiative, bringing creative experiences directly to the community. Designed to increase access to the arts and foster meaningful engagement, the JMU ArtsMobile connects JMU students, faculty, staff, and community partners through hands-on learning, creative exploration, and artistic experiences.
The ArtsMobile serves as a bridge between the university and the broader community, creating opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to engage with the arts in welcoming and accessible ways. Programming may include workshops, performances, demonstrations, exhibitions, interactive activities, and interdisciplinary experiences that encourage creativity, curiosity, and connection.
As one of OCP's signature initiatives, the ArtsMobile reflects our commitment to integrative arts by bringing together diverse disciplines, artistic practices, and community perspectives. Through these partnerships, the ArtsMobile supports learning, creative expression, and relationship-building while demonstrating the power of the arts to connect people and strengthen communities.

Impact
