Posted August 6, 2026: One paid Interpretive Education Internship for the Fall 2026 semester is still available. Must be a current JMU student and have availability on Monday and Wednesday mornings, 8:30 - 11:30am.
Interpretive Education Interns work with the Education Coordinator to lead guided tours at the Arboretum for early elementary school field trips. Training provided; no prior environmental or outdoor education experience necessary. Applicants should have a desire to work with elementary students to learn about our flora and fauna.
