The dynamic nature of identities, institutional cultures, and consequently available spaces and accommodations necessitate continuous dialogue on diversity, access, and inclusion. Higher education institutions offer excellent opportunities for these conversations as well as the development of deliberate best practices. This Madison Career Fellowship aims at the exploration of all dimensions of diversity with the view to creating a pool of diversity dialogue facilitators at JMU. Faculty who complete this fellowship will be empowered as diversity dialogue facilitators and will be a continuous resource for institutional growth and policy changes.
