The JMU Center for STEM Education & Outreach engages students and faculty with the PK-12 STEM community by developing sustainable and mutually beneficial STEM education programs. These programs are designed to pique interest; foster both STEM literacy development and skills for success in STEM; demonstrate how STEM impacts and is impacted by society; and raise awareness about STEM careers. We design programs to be inclusive so that all students in our region have access to these opportunities for learning and exploring.
