Why I want to serve on the Task Force:
I'm deeply committed to creating structural interventions that address DEI concerns, and I have expertise in organizational communication that I would like to contribute to help the Task Force to reach its goals. Ultimately, I want our students--regardless of identity--to be able to feel like JMU gives back to them, sees their gifts, and helps them grow into the best possible versions of themselves.
