I am a rising double duke currently pursuing a Master of Arts degree in Psychological Sciences at JMU with a concentration in Applied Research. I intend to graduate in May 2028. My academic and professional interests center on educational assessment, people analytics, and Industrial-Organizational Psychology. I am passionate about leveraging data-driven approaches to better understand human behavior, improve organizational effectiveness, and support meaningful decision-making in educational and workplace settings.
Throughout my time at JMU, I have gained experience in research, statistical analysis, and student support through my internship with the JMU Adult Degree Program and through further on-campus involvement. My research experience includes analyzing employability skills among JMU students, dissecting outcomes from the Incoming Student Skills and Attitudes Questionnaire (ISSAQ), and examining perceptions and impacts of Universal Design for Learning and artificial intelligence in higher education.
Outside of academics, I enjoy discovering new cafés, exploring local parks, trying new restaurants, cooking, reading or watching psychological thrillers, and spending time with family and friends.
