Neeraj Polina is a Data Analytics Specialist in the Office of Planning, Analytics, and Institutional Research (PAIR). Neeraj has been with PAIR since 2025. He is responsible for building data pipelines that help in cleaning and transforming data for JMU's mandated reporting. He is also responsible for keeping JMU's Admissions and HR factbooks updated on the PAIR website. Neeraj has a Master's degree in Business Analytics and Data Science from Oklahoma State University.

Outside of work, Neeraj enjoys playing cricket, watching and reviewing movies, and trying out new places around town.
