Lou Hedrick (’81, ’84M) is a Double Duke with an M.Ed. in Counseling Psychology/Student Personnel Administration, Lou has been at JMU since 1996 and with PAIR since 2009. 

He serves as JMU’s SCHEV Reports Coordinator and IPEDS Keyholder, leading the IR team in extracting, cleaning, and reporting student, financial aid, and human resources data for state and federal compliance. His team also manages the JMU Factbook and supports the university with special data analyses and information requests. 

Outside of work, Lou enjoys time with his family and friends, including eight grandchildren, as well as gardening, making pizza, and traveling.
