  • January 26 in the Highlands Room of the Festival! Back by popular demand, Susan Nelson and Rachel Gaghan with Intro to Kundalini and Mala Making. Supplies provided for the first 20 participants. Dress for ease of movement. Mats, cushions and chairs provided! 1pm–5pm!
  • February 23 in MU 256 from 1pm–5pm with Gina Bondurant, BSN, RN, CHTP/I.
    • Gina is a Registered Nurse, Certified Healing Touch Practitioner/Instructor & Herbalist who has long been interested in the healing arts, energetic principles, integrative therapies & living a heart-centered life. She is an avid gardener who loves creating from garden to kitchen by bringing the richness of healing plants & foods to support & nourish our bodies while caring for the earth we live on. She finds this journey to be a rich exploration of healing presence to others, self-care & an ever-deepening experience of the mind, body & spirit connection.

Mindful Experience Retreats

Save the dates! October 13, November 3, and December 1 in 2019.

Retreat offers a variety of contemplative practices from around the world, taught for free by members of the Valley community. The first retreat, focused on singing bowls, yoga, and sound healing with instructor Connie Magee, will be held on Saturday, October 13 from 1pm–5pm in the Highlands Room of Festival.

No experience or registration is required and all materials (including yoga mats) are provided. Come join us to learn more about mindfulness around the world, improve your emotional intelligence, and keep these mental skills with you throughout your life! Sound interesting?
