Retiring Instructional Faculty continue to have email access and access to MyMadison for 30 days after the last day employed. A&P Faculty and Classified Staff lose email access on the last day of employment but retain access to MyMadison for 30 days after the last day of employment. If awarded Emeritus status, you will maintain your JMU email account access as long as all necessary paperwork is completed and submitted in a timely manner by the department.
