ORP Plan 1
The normal retirement age is 65, or meeting the retirement criteria under the VRS plan for which you would have been enrolled in had you not chosen ORP.

ORP Plan 2
The normal retirement age is your Normal Social Security Retirement Age, or meeting the retirement criteria under the VRS plan for which you would have been enrolled in had you not chosen ORP.
