Sibs & Kids Day Update
The JMU Family Engagement office is currently conducting a strategic review of its programming to evaluate how events support its mission. This process includes realigning select initiatives to better reflect that mission and to ensure responsible stewardship of resources.
After careful consideration, Sibs & Kids Day will not be held in 2026. However, the department remains committed to exploring future opportunities for family-centered programming and will continue to assess the feasibility of reinstating this event in a way that aligns with institutional goals and community interest.
