October conference (October 2024)
The EDUWAP team convened for information gathering and relationship building to establish the foundation for the collaborative. Participants from the United States convened at Old Dominion University and connected via Zoom with key stakeholders and EDUWAP partners from Belfast and Lutsk. 
 
Belfast conference (January 2025) 
EDUWAP team members from JMU, ODU, and Lesya Ukrainka Volyn National University attended a summit hosted by EDUWAP partner St. Mary’s University College in Belfast, Northern Ireland in January 2025. During this summit, the EDUWAPteam continued to connect with Ukrainian colleagues, including the Ukrainian community in Belfast, while developing goals and objectives for EDUWAPcollaborations. 

Poland conference (October 2025)
Members of the EDUWAP team gathered at Państwowa Akademia Nauk Stosowanych w Krośnie in Poland to further establish connections between team members and developed initial partnerships with universities in Poland. During this conference members of the leadership team signed a memorandum of agreement, formalizing their commitment to this collaboration.
