Distinguished Achievement Award
Recognizes a graduate or an affiliate of the JMU College of Education who is a recognized leader and who has demonstrated meritorious service, innovation, and/or outstanding achievement in the field of education. Recipients have made recognized contributions to the professional concerns, goals, and objectives of the JMU College of Education or to the advancement of the quality of education at the state, national level, or international level. Recipients have had an impact on educational policy, professional practice, community service, research, and/or scholarship.
