Diana has been a valued member of the JMU Development team since 2015 and currently serves as the Senior Associate Director in the Office of Strategic Gifts. She brings a rich and diverse professional background to her role, with prior experience in relationship-driven positions across retail sales, pharmaceutical sales, real estate, entrepreneurship, and as a personal trainer and yoga instructor.

In her current position, Diana leads onboarding and ongoing training efforts while also driving the development of more efficient systems and processes for the team. Her commitment to excellence and collaboration helps ensure the continued success and growth of the Development team.

Outside of work, Diana is deeply committed to community service and finds joy and renewal in outdoor activities such as gardening, hiking, and biking. Above all, she considers her greatest accomplishment to be raising three incredible young adults.
