Placement Description
In partnership with people with disabilities the Virginia Department of Rehabilitative Services provides and advocates for the highest quality services that empower individuals with disabilities to maximize their employment, independence and full inclusion into society.
The Harrisonburg office of Department of Rehabilitative Services serves about 1000 individuals yearly who are pursuing entrance into, returning to or maintaining employment. Services include counseling, guidance, career and employment services and/or physical and mental restoration and/or training, including on the job training, and vocational school or college.
