The Voice and Swallow Service is a JMU/Sentara RMH collaborative clinic housed in the outpatient center at Sentara RMH in Harrisonburg, VA. We offer outpatient consultation, evaluation, and treatment for patients with swallowing, voice, or vocal fold movement disorders. We also see patients with speech issues (dysarthria) and can offer Lee Silverman Voice Treatment. Evaluation services include endoscopy, fluoroscopy, and acoustic/aerodynamic voice analysis. We also offer several different kinds of biofeedback swallow therapy such as oral manometry and electromyography. A physician's order is required to schedule an appointment.
