My Career Journey
My career journey has been shaped by my interest in understanding how data can support better decisions. I studied Data Science and Finance at Juniata College, where I gained experience across financial analysis, research, data analytics, and client-facing work. From managing a $335K investment portfolio through the Eagle Fund to working with 100K+ consumer records at NielsenIQ and conducting healthcare research using 30,000+ MRI scans, I have had the opportunity to apply what I learned in very different environments.Winning the 116th Bailey Oratorical Competition was another important part of my journey because it pushed me to become a stronger communicator and gave me the confidence to present ideas clearly to different audiences.
I am now beginning my career at James Madison University as a Data Coordinator for Work-Based Learning Experiences. I am excited to bring my analytical background into a role where I can work with large datasets, improve reporting processes, and support students and university programs. Looking ahead, I am ambitious about continuing to grow at the intersection of data, finance, and meaningful business decisions while learning from every opportunity along the way.
