AUTO NON-RESIDENT MEAL PLAN RENEWAL:  All meal plans will automatically renew for the spring semester and be billed with tuition each December. Please contact Card Services for exemption process by mid-January.

Students living in Apartments on Grace Street are required to have a Resident or Non-Resident meal plan. The majority of apartment residents will pick their meal plan through the Office of Residence Life’s Online Room Selection process.

If the Apartment resident wishes to change to another Resident meal plan, go to MyMadison (link) to make this change by Wednesday, December 3, 2025.

Apartment residents who wish to change to a Non-Resident plan can fill out the Spring 2026 Meal Plan Autorenewal Change form (link) through Wednesday, December 3, 2025, without a fee.

Thursday, December 4 - Friday, December 12, 2025, meal plan fees apply.  

The next meal plan change window will be Monday, January 26, 2026 through February 6, 2026, 9:00 am to 3:00 pm. You will need to fill out the online form accessible through the link that will be available on our site beginning Friday, January 23, 2026. Please note: no changes will be processed until Monday, January 26, 2026.

A $15 service fee will be assessed for changing a meal plan.

Non-Resident Meal Plans

Information on Non-Resident plans is mailed to students during the Summer at their permanent home address. Plans are purchased through the Office of Card Services using the Fall Meal Plan Purchase Form or by using our online services. They can be purchased with Cash, Check, Credit Card, or billed to tuition.
