Please review your websites, graduate program manuals, and graduate forms to ensure that they are timely and up to date. All forms, websites, and manuals should refer to "The Graduate School" and "www.jmu.edu/grad".
Please review Graduate School policies and ensure that they are accurately represented in your program manuals, program forms, and other correspondance that you have with graduate students.
Graduate School forms that are to be used should be downloaded from The Graduate School website at http://www.jmu.edu/grad/current/forms.shtml. Please discard any blank forms that you keep on file that are older than one year.
The Graduate School has experienced numerous changes over the past few years, and allowing outdated forms and policies to continue circulating causes undue confusion and problems for many graduate students.
Thanks for helping us be up-to-date!
