Description

Duties:

• Provide friendly and professional customer service to collectors of all experience levels.
• Operate the point-of-sale system and accurately process cash, credit card, and digital payments.
• Assist customers with product questions, recommendations, and locating inventory.
• Stock shelves, organize displays, and maintain a clean and welcoming store environment.
• Help manage inventory, pricing labels, and product organization.
• Support store events, trade nights, and community activities as needed.
• Monitor store security and follow company procedures for handling merchandise and transactions.
• Assist with opening and closing responsibilities, including cash drawer balancing.
• Represent the Vaulted Cards brand through professionalism, trust, and positive customer interactions.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic math and cash-handling skills.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and special events as needed.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift/move product shipments up to 25 pounds.
• Comfortable learning point-of-sale systems and basic inventory procedures.
• Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to work as part of a team.
• Interest in sports cards, trading card games, collectibles, or hobby retail preferred but not required.
• Ability to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
• Must follow company policies regarding customer interactions, trades, and merchandise handling.
