Description

Duties:

Activities of daily living such as bathing, feeding, transferring, toileting, etc. Fun outings, if desired. Lance loves to be outside and go for walks. We live on a farm.

Requirements:

Must be 18 years or older, would enjoy working with a 23-year-old young adult in a wheelchair that is nonverbal. He loves people and interacts. Seeking individual that has own transportation to this job, which is about 10 minutes from campus.

When Lance is busy doing his activities, attendance are welcome to study while here. Hours are very flexible.

Salary
Approx $13.50

Hours per week
Flexible. 4-20 hours per week, but if you are busy and can’t work at all one week, that is no problem.

Specific hours
Anytime Between 2pm-9pm, weekdays. Anytime on Saturdays and Sundays except for not Sunday morning. Would love to have help Monday, Wednesday and Friday 7:30 AM to 8:45 AM to get him ready for his day program he goes to.

Duration of position
Ideally year-round, but through the school year is also great. I understand folks go home for the holidays.
