Description

Duties:

Family looking for nanny/caregiver for a 10 year old 5th grader in Fort Defiance. Our son has cerebral palsy, ataxia, and other diagnoses. He is 85% mobile and has a walker as needed. He's fed via gtube. 

Responsibilities include:

• Creating blended foods to feed via gtube.
• Administer gtube meals between 1-3 times a day depending on when he’s in school. Family/current caregiver will train. No experience required.
• Taking to dr's appointments and feeding therapy (every Wednesday.)
• Assistance with school work.
• Light housekeeping needed, including laundry, vacuuming high traffic areas, and dishes relating to blends. 
• Play dates, visits to museums, parks, swimming at our pool at home, reading, crafts, outdoor play and general play is encouraged. 
• Date nights/overnights sporadically.

Monday - Friday from 2:15-5 pm. Additional 4 hours per work is needed to make blends. School closure days, conferences and holidays.
